30-Day Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, opened health & beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened skincare, haircare, supplements, consumables, gift cards, and sale items (unless faulty).
Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days at nasaihealth.com@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
